I think this one is most optimal: There have been a fastest chest run and nobody has been running it, it seems - Chest running - Guild Wars Legacy

Beside this ofc Morostav Trail, but it's botted to death, which may affect drop there.

If u want specifically echos, than doing few different routes from echovald forest may be good idea, bc u will have fresh drop more often.

I would also recommend xaqung chestrun with only vermin part. Shitload of celes; 1-3 chests (most of the time 2) in 80-90 sec. Also it doesn't drop runes.
