Maybe 10 more fps... I really dont understand why this laptop is not working in full power? It should normally reach 140 fps.

Dear all,
I bought a new gaming laptop two weeks ago. Of course, I also play Guild Wars 1 on it.
The problem is that I'm getting lower FPS than on my old laptop.Laptop specification: HP Victus, Windows 11, Intel(R) Core(TM) 5 210H, CPU: 16 GB, GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5060 Laptop GPU
My old laptop: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060, I have constant 140 fps with no issues
Of course actually I use HP support assistant to analyze my laptop issues and updating windows.
Can som1 help me?
