I am not a collector, but have been modding for the last 10 years---and I am still not sure of what is good and what is not (though I have an idea of some of the better skins to hold on to!).
So your best bet is to read a few of the price checks (which is why we have them) and see if you have similar items, for items that are even close---ask for a price check for yourself, and the checkers here can usually give you a good idea.
