Friend got a Q11 Soulbreaker from Jahai Bluffs (HM) in a locked chest.
Edit: Here's the photo (sorry for phone screenshot lol).
Edit 2: So funny, you can see where he salvaged an enchant mod from it and then added a M4M inscription before trying to salvage it, then he thought it looked cool so he looked it up and decided to keep it haha.

Sorry for not having screenshots, but I've had numerous drops from Boreal chest runs in HM. 2x Quicksilvers / many Fox's Greeds / Tiger's Pride / Peacock's Wrath / all of the Etched Swords.
Importantly, I got a Q11 Darksteel Longbow so they are possible there. I suspect the Glacial Blades are too, but very rare.
So far I've gone through about 750 lockpicks for the above (max retain chance in HM).
