Can i ask why? When i get a q9 tactic they tell me to get q9 str. This seems something very usefull for tanks + nice skin.

Hello,
I'd appreciate a price check on these

The hammer is a bit of a weird one (i think). Normally the damage ranges from 19-35 on hammers. I couldn't find anything online about weapons starting with a lower number than the standard range.
Is this a collector's item or this is pure merch?
