Returning player on a new account. Would like a price check on these two items:

• Hajkor's Flame is post-nerf. Got it while playing through the campaign. 20/20 seem to be worth something.
• Not sure about the Jade Wand since it's smiting. Got it from vanquishing.

Do they have any value or should I use them on my heroes? Thank you!
