None are q9 with perfect mods so unfortunately not much collector value here. Imo they would take more effort to sell then they are worth (few ectos) so I’d keep them for your chars like you said

Hard to tell right now, it will depend on interest in that market and knowledge of q3's, but as someone said in this thread, these will no longer be ultra rare now that they can drop from the end chest rather than specific enemies with a giant loot-table.
