OS Zodiac Shield, q13 Tactics +10 vs Demons, -2 while enchanted

Great for DOA!

Hi everyone - just came back to the game and wanted to see if I could get a PC on a few items I haven't been able to find PCs for. The first is this Q9 OS Runic Axe (+15%/-5e and +30HP)

I was also wondering if Everlasting Tonics are worth anything. I received the following from opening up birthday presents:

• Margonite (Green)
• Keiran Thackery (Gold)
• Master of Whispers (Purple)
• Ogden Stonehealer (Purple)
