For this it's not. Sadly the skin isn't very popular (raptor farm). Unless nobody wants to use it and don't care what it looks like. I still think it's merch :(. However you can try in Kamadan, but it may take long.

Max dmg *for a q5 bow* is 13-22
It doesn't change the price.

Few days ago I found a os Q10 Forbidden staff with +15 energy,perfect enchant mod and HCT on it. It has everything I wanted for my ele :).
