Just found out about this thread - I dropped a Fox's Greed on day 1 of the anniversary in either Urgoz' Warren or The Deep HM (I did both instances back to back and can't recall what instance it specifically dropped in) from a regular mob (not chest and not boss), can't recall which mob it was though.
