The problem is that it's only speculation and the wiki page says the guy who had a drop had it while WiK main quest was active. So, as far as I understand it, there's no proof of an actual mini drop outside WiK main quest-line. Although I know the drop rate is very low.
I sldo went to Kamadan, to ask WiK mini sellers where they got the drop from but unfortunately they never answered.
Well, at least we still have an unsolved mystery in this game after all these years.

According to the Wiki, there are minis (e.g. Miniature Confessor Dorian), which you can get only as a random drop from War in Kryta mobs. Do they drop only during the WiK quest-line? Because a friend of mine and I were doing Wanteds for well over a year, on 3 toons each, every day and we've never seen a single mini drop. Does anyone have information about this?
