I'm sure it's already known, but I found a Chimeric Prism today in a locked chest by Granite Citadel (HM) / Tasca's Demise, and also an non-inscribable Peacocks Wrath.
Pretty pleased with the Chimeric 
seems quite rare looking at Kamadan trade chat.
