Not sure about Rais on those 2, but in terms of normal PvE content, I consider the Reaper more fun. You are basicly a walking lawn mower xD.
Normal mobs are just shredered when using shroud. -

Anything usefull I can get for the Imperial Dragon's Tear?
Acording the wike the selection ist quite small, unlike with Droknar's Key. And none of the items seems very usefull in the meta. And I rather not throw them away. -
