Its defenitly some arms worth. I think 5arms+You can farm Ungrateful slaves https://wiki.guildwars.com/wiki/Destroy_the_Ungrateful_Slaves
Drop rate isn't very high for Q8 so i guess this is from 100 or so runs, but the run itself is about 5 mins with a derv VoS
