With that being said I think it's fair to use a Lieutenant's insignia while remaining true to doing it like they used to do.

Edit* To be strict I believe if you use the Lieutenant's Insignia you should put it in the helm armor slot as well.

All bonus mission objectives must be completed in a mission before advancing

All quests must be completed in a region before moving on in the story*

Edit additionally allowed to purchase the following: Pre-searing- Flute 4g, and Small Girl's Cape 200g, Identification/Salvage kits

No Player to Player trading with non-irons

No use of skill tomes, PvE Skills, Consumables, /Bonus items

Party only with other Iron Man characters.

No greater than 5 level gap in party members.

Unique Items / Greens are permitted after beating the last story mission for a campaign with two exceptions: Deldrimor Talisman & Amulet of the Mists ok after EotN completion.

*Masters of Corruption (Factions secondary quest) may be accepted & left uncompleted to increase aura & the difficulty level.
