u kinda answered your own question xD bday pets are basicly worthless, most ppl give them away/trash. Can try to sell but dont expect more than a couple of plat each and hours of spamming
Vouchers can not be sold so just turn them into 7th bday gifts and hope for either vizu, shiroken, zhed, naga or oni. those are still worth like 50-100e orso. Also Green Bday tonics (from 6th bday gifts) are worth like 20-50e.

pretty cool one imo, gv will add some extra value to it imo and will also make this much easier to sell id say. If u intent to sell id recommend you to auction it.

5-20e/ea imo, flame artifact is a rather rare skin id say but probably there still wont be alot of interest in it
