Edit: @ poster above me: there are always ppl interested in q8 os stuff. some just wanna try to resell it, some are collectors, no matter what mods. in theory a shield like this can still drop, but the chances are .... lets say not good....and this makes it rare to me, and probably to others too. even if there would be no intrested in it, i would NEVER EVER merch a q8 dualmod item. (btw i just recently sold a q8 plag focus with kinda shitty mods for 3a .... just as an example ... and some shields with sighlty better mods than this for more.)

ofc, req does not fit but what makes this rare are the mods+skin. If you wanna find a cele scepter with these mods (or simular) you will spend ALOT of time in kama/on legacy/chestrunning to find it!
