bday pets are pretty much worthless, i often see ppl giving them away for free or just deleting them but i guess if u want u can get like 1g-5e/ea ... not worth the time tho imo
most mods are 1k-5e but hard to sell (forget me not is about 20e, aptitude not attitude is about 5-10e, zeal/ench for scythe 5-10e <- those mods are easy to sell)
u can trade greens, but most likely they not worth much
unids are usually about 1k/ea but if they oldschool+nice skin & req they can go for alot more
no idea about various stuff....but check decltype, might help you

i basicly agree with gerhardt, its way to much stuff to pc all of it.....on insc stuff u can use decltype but for os stuff this wont work, just copy/paste this thread into selling section and see how it goes. Apart of the items i mentioned above i cant rly see much of value here, the 20/19 wands might get some attention, the one or other 10/10 item might get some attention aswell but yeah ... i wouldnt expect too much
