I thought that q8 dropped only from max level 20 mobs, this dropped today for me from FoW (Tower of Courage, so lvl 24 and 28 mobs).
Blue q8s can drop from high level mobs, purples and golds can only drop within a certain range (16-20 IIRC... or was it 17-21?).

It's collectible because it has a "clean" gold value, i.e. 100/200/300/400 gold offered by the merchant when viewing the "sell" tab. The only utility is for collectors.

It is dual vamp because of the 15^-1 inherent modifier. Unfortunately, DV hammers aren't generally in high demand, especially common skins like this one. I'd say a few arms tops.

Hey, all the items here are prenerf except the Idol, the Dwarven Axe and the Gothic Sword. The prenerfs should all fetch minimum xx a each. The Truncheon, Marble Hammer and Zodiac Axe are all worth xxx a imo. The Gothic Sword is worth mid xx a IMO.

Why do you say this is not OS? It is OS ("oldschool"), because the inherent modifier (+5 energy) doesn't come from an inscription. I'd value it at 5-10 ectos or so.

I don't really know what this would go for, but I'd advise using a perfect salvage kit to remove the inscription to see what the gold value really is, as that could affect the valuation quite a bit if it turns out to be 100 gold value.
