These low requirement daggers have historically been useful for certain SC builds to deal higher single target damage, but have largely been obviated by the ranger anniversary sword that requires Expertise. Kamas is also by far the most common low requirement dagger skin because of the feather farm outside Seitung Harbor. Despite that, I think they could go for xx e or low x a.

Agreed with the PCs above. And it is definitely pre-nerf, as shields in general currently drop q8 at the lowest with 16 armor.
