  • Ironman Playthough

    I responded to a random post about someone looking for people to do an Ironman challenge with. I started a new character and I am absolutely loving it so far, I am not a streamer or anything, just thought it would be cool to have a journal of my progress. My Ironman Warrior is for the group I found, however, I've been enjoying so much I also made an Ironman Ritualist. I will keeping this updated with my progress for my Ironman Ritualist. It's a class I've never played and I'm super excited to see what it is about. I am not going to go in the standard order regular Ironman characters go in since there are no ritualist skills in prophecies.

    The order in which I will do the campaigns will be Factions, Nightfall, Prophecies, Eye of The North
    Ironman Rules

    • No player-to-player trading or grouping outside of other ironman players (I have this rule even though I will be mostly solo, but just incase I meet another Ironman character along the way I will be able to party with them. Partying was the best part of the game way back when)
    • No bank or material storage unless on a fresh account or unless you clear your bank (I have already cleared out the my storage when I made my Ironman Warrior)
    • Can only use skills after unlocking them yourself (cannot use skill tomes or purchase skills before they would normally be available on a fresh account)
    • No consumables (cons, pcons, summoning stones),
    • No /bonus items,
    • All missions, bonus, quests, & map complete
    • Cannot use material or rare material trader
    • CAN use collectors to trade materials
    • Cannot use rune trader
    • Cannot craft weapons from weaponsmith or obtain from collector (drops only)
    • Heroes are allowed, but only when unlocked. They can also only use skills that are unlocked up to that point in my progression

    I am not good enough or knowledgeable enough to be able to go deathless. I will go as far as I can solo, then add henchmen as needed or heroes as they are unlocked in the game.
