I'm not sure it's my 'favorite' since I watch lots of movies, but, it's the only one I bought a digital copy of since I couldn't find it on netflix, hulu, or amazon prime video for free.
"Idiocracy" is pretty hilarious, I love a good comedy. It's kinda odd, it was a satire but seems to be turning more and more into a documentary.

Just did bogroot with some random guy I met in gadds with heros.
He opened the chest first and got a q13 chan froggy (+ a junk item) so ofc I figured on crapola...
However, the gods were smiling on me, and a q9 dom froggy popped out when I opened the chest. In all the runs i've done it was my 2nd froggy drop evar. =D
Guess I won't complain about my other drop being onyx lol

I think that the anet people should do that themselves---they have plenty of accounts they can use as dummy agents...and ways of getting their money back from the thieves. So I would leave that part to them--if they wish to.
Yes, i agree it is something ANet should do themselves, but, the only obvious recent action has been the ban hammer for their spammers and there is always replacements. I figured it was more likely players being proactive would provide quicker results since there is limited staff doing stuff for gw1 these days. If ANet knew it was taking place they could check logs and find useful info possibly.
Really all I want is less of the spam but kill one 3 more show up so go after the sites somehow.

Anet has been banning some of the website spam bots but is there a way to get the website storage accounts too?
Would it be possible to 'purchase' a small (as cheap as possible) amount so they have to meet you to deliver the stuff and then report the account that makes the delivery. Yes, buying bad, but, if you only did it to trap rmt storage accounts is it truly 'bad'? You could then drop 'purchases' on the ground and leave the explorable or just trashcan the stuff so in reality you only 'purchased' the chance to possibly nuke some of their inventory. You wouldn't be gaining anything in game if you trash the items, you would just lose a few bucks and possibly identify a website storage mule.
If something like this could be set up with anet's blessing (albeit probably not their money) it might be a good way to grief some sites into closing down.
as I said, its just an idea and probably a poor one, but, there must be a way to hurt them more than just getting advertising bots banned.

I am genuinely surprised they never released White Mantle and Shining Blade armor for WiK.
I feel like that would have boosted ridiculous amounts of participation for exclusive armor to that content.
I can only imagine how many medals of honor that would've been, but yeah, i'd love having some of the WiK npc armors available.

the q7 ar16 prenerf white shadow shield might be something Pleikki would like.
The q4tac ar12 gold sharktooth is probably a couple hundred ectos, jacke will know better.
Rest idk, merch is probably the answer for some, but, wait for other opinions.

personally I would merch it, it's not prenerf or anything.
Q7tac ar15 are usually used for pvp, and a singlemod is subpar
You might be able to squeeze a couple k out of it but it will be annoying.

one sold on this site a few months ago for 3arms (I believe agent chevy was the seller iirc)
There was a bid war on it so it may not go that high again, and imo it was a crazy price but it did happen.

single inherent shields/focuses you can safely merch, except possibly a q7 ar16 prenerf single (obv none are).
The q8 e12 insc blue focus is probably ~20e (or were last I knew, ectos = wtf recently tho lol)
Q11 +5e gothic sword is probably a few ectos, i'd take pretty much whatever someone offers. Its a heavily farmed skin, dragon moss farm drops them... go to St. A's and watch the R/As in offline parade out the door.
Rest idk, but, probably not a ton on the 2 off shields
(and the demons focus I have no clue what the doa nutters like, shields sure they use 'em, focuses? No clue xD )

My pc isn't 'brand new' but one would think a gtx 1060 ftw would be fine even with the new settings on... and it was fine, it only started happening in the last few days and I've had the new gfx options on since they were added with no issues

i'm not having issues with fl connectivity, my issue has been at random my fps drops to 20-25fps for a minute or so. I have vsync on, never had an issue with it dropping below 60fps before.
Yeah, I have the new gfx options on, but, the fps drops only started the past few days.

Personally, I wish the stupid guards would start trying to walk in a different direction when you talk to them.
Its the player blocking the guards, and the guards block Levers.
(Btw it's creator is a member at presearing.boards.com and is often on that sites discord chat)

*sigh* I guess I'm old. I look at the mats I have, do math, and type in how many to make and hit craft... it's like basic math and 3-4 mouse clicks (my number pad is on my mouse too).
I guess I'm too old for these newfangled automatatonizationing sauftwere.
Edit: Wait? Ppl BUY mats for consets? I thought the mats were a byproduct of salvaging crap drops from chestrunning (plus a small amount of feather farming since nothing salvages to feathers that drops from chests). Or maybe that's just my method lol.

Also, the money you can make crafting cons and selling them is pretty high for a very little amount of work (thanks toolbox!)

tbh I would merch/hero most everything.
The 20/20 q9 holy branch could fetch maybe 10e but idk for sure, they are pretty common to find
The q4 ar 12 gold sharktooth is the only 'max' shield listed but I'm no good on prices
The way to figure out max armor for shields is (req+8)=max ar
So q0=ar8, q1=ar9, q2=ar10, q3=ar11, etc
Red's thread can maybe help with other shield/weapon ar/dmg questions.

i'm guessing undercity by baobao wavewrath (sic lol) there's a few chest spawns by kappa and afflicted / am fa chests on the way depending on which door you're coming from.

I have the same purple q9 str eternal.
I tried selling it for a few weeks for 15 - 20e (or ~100k) but had no takers. It ended up on one of my heros.
Should it be worth something? Yeah probably, but hard sell. If you give up just give it to Jora.

As far as the rmt website kama spambots, I was told report them for 'spamming' not 'botting'.
It was explained to me like this:
A 'botting' report cs will look at activities in explorable areas for suspicious activity.
A 'spamming' report they will look at chat logs for content/frequency of what they say.
'Spamming' is kind of the blanket report for them to look at chat and see websites being advertised.

How does ANet control where ppl trade now? Its been the community that decided to move to where it is as new campaigns were released. ANet never said "Everybody must trade in kamadan" ppl ended up there on their own.
