I would like to assume there is no ill purpose as well. Login info being encrypted between the app and client so the app creator can't use it would be nice, however how would the gw client use encrypted info? It needs the proper email, password, and character name strings afaik.
I know its kind of a 'hope for the best, but, assume the worst' type situation and judging by the reviews it isn't getting used by many. I know I won't become one of those few, it just seems too fishy and risky.

This has to be a veiled attempt to grab your account info. The app is tiny so I can't see how it would acually log into gw itself. I'm guessing the way it works is somewhat the reverse of decltypes trade chat site. You input your info and what happens is he has it set up to run your account on a multiloader on his end and chat you make is just copy/pasted automatically from his app to the gw client he is running with your info.
Is anyone really going to fall for this? All it looks like to me is a way to lose your account.
Most of the collectors for this type of item want q9 so it will be hard to find someone.
Agree with 10-20e if you manage to find a buyer, most of the clean collectors are inactive now and the few left I know of are now just wanting prenerf clean items (q7-8 stuff) or dungeon exclusive eotn skins.
I used to wear a pink tuxedo with pink hair on my female assassin a lot. with those the best possible scenario is probably get 7th surprise boxes, open them, and hope for either naga, oni, shiroken, zhed or vizu but chances are low.
You can sell the pets once they are opened but those are the only ones with any real value

Perhaps basic geometry would have helped... as in "if tree X next to power substation Y was laying down is the length from its base to its top far enough to squish substation Y"

The problem with shing jea chest running is there is only a couple chests per zone so pretty much every run is kinda underwhelming.
One I do is start at ran misu and head thru crimson skull along eastern edge. Zone into panjang and head over along the west coast thru the naga. Then head thru the crimson skull along the south edge into the cave. After the cave head back along the north edge back to kinya and go thru the crimson skull again. Zone at the door into sunqua and back to kinya. Head back thru crimson for another lap.
Its a long route but passes close enough to see many possible chest spawn points...
Only problem is that any zone on shing jea island only has 2 (maybe 3) chests.
Be prepared for possible cranial damage as your head smacks your keyboard after falling asleep from boredom.

Personally i'd say 10e is the high end on it, you do see ppl sell it for much cheaper at times like 2k but usually 10e or less.

You can buy the scythe ench grip for like 5e and a zealous for a 2-3 e and the insc for like 1e (or less, 15^50 is often 1k) and put same stats on a common gold q9 scythe (like 5k for gold insc scythe). Why would anyone pay more than the sum of it's parts for a green you can't salvage the mods from?
Plus its the briarwood skin which is pretty hideous.

Focus without the great mods probably 20e or so is the usual for q8 e12 blues and gorgon(medusa) skin is much more sellable then the ugly diamond skin.
Idk if ppl will pay 47-50e for it modded you might have better luck using a perf kit and salving the mods to sell them separately, sometimes selling this type of thing takes a while.
If it's 'lvl 15 foes' and 'in a dungeon' helps perhaps Secret Lair of the Snowman in Normal Mode? Iirc I've gotten an enamelled shield there before but bad req in hm and I'm sure I've pulled 7/15 and 8/16 of other skins from there.
Since everyone has ignored it #11 i'd say <5e it's an ugly skin and they are hard to sell at 20/10
I gave one away selling a few adept heads, I didn't feel the staff was worth using a perf kit to get the head off to save the staff. I figured the adept head buyer could decide if he wanted to try his luck with the staff.

Tall Shield is prenerf but single non-max inherent so i'd take whatever offer you get, but recently ppl have gone crazy so who knows...
Blue q8 12e insc focii tend to go around 20e they are usually a tough sell though. You may get more interest depending on the skin, if it's the 'gorgon' (medusa head) people tend to like those better than the 'diamond' skin.
Butter knife, at least I could sharpen it. A dull chain probably has limited braining power or head removing potential

I bought a q12 crysta for 4arms on here a few weeks ago, have seen a few in past few weeks for 5-7arms in kamadan.
There is one 'power trader' in kamadan asking 1200e for a q13 but I kinda doubt it will ever sell for close to that
15% WHILE Hexed on a gold is prenerf if it was vs hexed it wouldn't be
