Accurate PC is almost impossible for those Crystas.
Triple digit arms at least, Rest only bids will tell .

Édit : try to consider the last effective trade of a similar item (apparently spun’s one) , take into account inflation and you have your potential PC. Yours are either imperfect or q9, so obvioussly less valuable than the one mentionned by Spun.
Rest imo is pure speculation.
