I think a color would be useful for a good PC ( purple , gold?)

I've been told some low req shields don't drop in gold, or blue for some skins. Wanted to know if it was true or not.
Example : summit warlord q8 ONLY drop in gold?
Summit warlord q7 ONLY drop in blue?

The sellor isn't fully powerfull, if his prices are stupid.
As an example, take the guy with his q8 crysta "for sell" for years now, i'm afraid he isn't doing what he want with market prices, even with such item

Froggies aren't worth a lot, high Q and not rly looked for attributes. I doubt you get more than 100e.
Bds, well it's q heal, so I see very few uses (talking only for pvp point of veiw). Only used in JQ. So I rly doubt this is worth 40a.
20 should be appropriate, since it's q9 and populare skin anyway.
