Hi, these two sheilds are valuable for sure. No doubt they are at least XX arms each.
If i had the ornate one, i'd ask 50a or so. However, very hard to PC since it's extremely rare these days to see q9 perfect ornates. Depends on buyers actually, with a bidwar I can see it go higher
It's my own opinion tho, and I'm curious to have more advices on this one too

Yeah, but as it's said before, 13% makes it prenerf.
Some Ppl will tell it's more expensive than 15%
Depends on point of veiw ofc, but still I agree with 5a or so PC -
Another good way is farm faction (so zkeys) in pvp while There is double point week.
For example, double jq is very easy, because it is full of "forbiden word".Btw i dont know why max keeps closing his eyes on an existing fact. Saying something exists, and IS a problème to our society doesn't mean you encourage it, in any way.

meaning offer below 100e shouldn't be taken, however dual vamps are hard to PC, since they are almost useless.
some people would pay more than 100e, but go find the good guy. it really depens on buyers
