according to herbalizer and spun, yes. occurred on DV/DZ inherent weapons and when another modifier like sundering was added to the weapon, the conditional inherent modifier disappeared as if it overwrote the -1 vamp/zealous and left the damage being unconditional.

since this item doesn't seem to get mentioned nearly often enough among the three Kromp listed, here is the greatest hammer (and perhaps unconditional?) in existence. I'm partial to hammers though.

2,3 & 5 are low xxa. #3 might get closer to mid xxa since q8 and 10% at least.

1 is nice 20/10 DF, but on Necro attribute. the clean GV might help garner interest from some. mid to high xxa maybe. list and hope for best and multiple bidders.

4 is 19/10 mixed attribute, but at least attrib and req are both mesmer. I think this one is same boat as #1. mid to high xxa and maybe you get multiple interested bidders and get a bit more.
