yes they were actually. ive never seen something like that except for something pre nerf i think, but i reckon they dont have value?
There was someone that had been collecting them at one point, but i forget who. Possibly ask Agent Chevy about it, he might remember who, i think he did those quests a bit too. The person collectin them was years ago.
