Even if the Holy Branch was 20% DF, it would be 5-10e and you may never find a buyer. r9 20% Prot would be worth a bit more but also a hassle to sell. It is merch fodder.
Holy Branch is very common and profession specific. Think of Inscribed Staff for Mesmer but without the appeal of that profession. r9 20/20 Dom Inscribed sell for 20-30e.
