Basically useless and merchfood...
But
There are a couple of ppl who collect naked items. It's worth whatever one of them will pay if they still need the skin. Check in the buy section they have threads.

Yeah agreed with Looney. If you happen to find the 1 person that needs that item for their collection, maybe you'll get 15e. Otherwise it's merchant food. I'd merch it.
