can any of you tell me where you can farm istani shields?
Is it possible to drop low q (q0-8) istani shields? Where would you farm those?

Yes, they drop as low as q0, the real low req ones obviously can't be gold.
Lah-tee-da Bog is a good spot since its almost all corsairs, mandagor, and insects.
