No, zaishen chest only drops ghostly staffs on primary attributes (+insp).

Hi, not possible drop Ghostly (inscr. or not) for 4 requirements = fast casting, restoration, heal and protection.

Possible Divine Favor + base: 20% heal or prot, but not possible custom for 20/40 only 20/20.

you cant have two HSR mods, Adept head gives 20% HCT to items attri meaning it would be DF
