    Note: Despite what wiki says... White Reaver can be dropped as an inscribable. There are select instances where you can fight the White Mantle in EotN (during Hayda's Questline). They drop there, and I wouldn't insist on this had I not dropped an r10 for myself. This is why I know it exists...

    Not sure if you're looking for the Imperial Items (which are gold and inscripted) or the Imperial Dragon Items (which are greens and can be obtained from Imperial Dragon Tears). If it's the Dragon items, I have 3 Imperial Dragon Tears I could offer you, if not nevermind :P
