I would say around 500 ectoish If the requirement is tactics. A collector could cough upto 10a for tactics req if you can play the PTrade Game. imo.

200-300e imo, stats nice but req sucks, to me its no difference if tac/str since its q13

100-250e, bladed are still kinda ''wanted'' but yeh they're getting common everyday.
