Bow of Hierophant

Hello everyone just started to make a legacy account as per influence in reddit post that I saw, sorry also if I make errors here. Anyways I would want to buy a Bow of Hierophant just for my PvE Ranger because stats wise and skin (can't afford the silverwing).
