dont merch it .... the 3a c/o you have seems kinda fair, maybe some1 will come along and offer some more if he´s interested in this one but its impossible to tell if this happends winthin 1h or 1week. maybe you can manage to get him up to 5a.
ofc, req does not fit but what makes this rare are the mods+skin. If you wanna find a cele scepter with these mods (or simular) you will spend ALOT of time in kama/on legacy/chestrunning to find it!

id recommend to put it into a wts thread, see how it goes and if there is no more interest in it then sell it

Nah no way is it gonna get more than 3a.

I have legit tons of mixmod 20/20 20/10 etc of all the best skins (zodiacs, wayward, platinum, Cele, etc.) , and none would ask for 3a or even close.

I’d take any offer close to that.

Alternatively as you suggested, you can just use it. Like HGT says, getting a Dom Cele Scepter with those stats will costs 20+ a probably.
