Any advice for getting into GVG?

    I’ve always wanted to play this mode, but I have no idea where to begin.


    Returning player, and I’ve got a few irl friends playing but none are interested in PvP, which is understandable since they’re new.


    Back in college I would looove stomping people in casual forms of PvP (RA, codex, etc) but I didn’t have enough friends online who wanted to GvG.


    I guess I’m looking for some sort of apprenticeship? I know I could be a PVP asset and I’m super open to learning any role or skill that’s needed.

    Ofc, I’m a grown up now with job, kids, etc, so I’d prefer playing with teams that play around 7-10p Chicago time (Us Central, GMT -6)

    Hey welcome back.

    I am not a pvper so I cant offer much advice and expect you have already done the obvious ie check out the recruitment section for PvP guilds and since you are returning (welcome back) ensuring that you have the skills and equipment for the current meta builds.
