PC on two OS Q9 Shield (Iridescent Aegis & Shield of the Wing)

Hi Guys. Can you give me a PC on that two shields please?
Irid = -3 hex / 10 Slash

Shield of the Wing = -2 Ench / 19% Divine Favor +1

(Sorry have troubles with my screenshotting tool)

I don't see value in these shields, less the "neat" factor for the shield of the wing.
