I’ve been trying to buy celestial staves since Reforged came out, and finally got my first over a month later. I’m finding most of them are owned by very few traders. I’m willing to settle for 20% recharge and 10% casting time mods or anything that is similarly useable. I’m also fine with higher requirements (10+), though q9 that is not a fortune would be interesting. I’d prefer direct messages with your prices, so they don’t get hawked.
