PC water wand

2-10e imo, atleast ppersonally i havent seen market or q10+ core skins and theres even was q9 20/10 water wand on legacy for weeks with almost zero intrest

with some luck u might be able to get 10-25e for it imo, but as pleikki said there is no real market for q10+ wands (unless ofc its a rare skin) so it probably will be hard to sell
