general: singlemod foci/wand etc you can merch always unless prenerf which they arent in your case.
the 2x diamond aegis and ghostly staff as well as snakes envy can fetch 10-20e each. maybe rhinos sloth also similar range.
the rest I would merch.

I actually bought one from that other guy in the thread who still had an inscribable one. I would definitely try to sell yours though, I encountered a few people also looking for them.
