Sundering wand

Good afternoon everyone,

I just dropped that "sundering" wand and I didn't know that armor penetration was something on wands. I tried to search the Wiki and couldn't find any mods that would give that. Am I missing something?

(Just me or that's a nice "perfect" baby cesta? Not talking about the value, just find it cute.)
