I just dropped that "sundering" wand and I didn't know that armor penetration was something on wands. I tried to search the Wiki and couldn't find any mods that would give that. Am I missing something?

I just drop this staff which gives 5 to fast casting even for non-mesmer. I know it's not perfect but I'm wondering if it can be worth something as it sounds pretty useful in a word ruled by mesmers.
