I'm a returning player and after more than a decade, I'm trying to make sense of what the current market state is.
I remember that max stats low requirements were hype so I want to understand, is that kind of thing merch or are people interested in blue/purple Q7/Q8 just because it's low Q?

wouldnt merch yet, might be prenerf, but I dont know. Red Fireball or Pleikki maybe you can help here
both aren't prenerf and really don't bear market value. generally max armor for req are interesting to collectors, but for blue singlemods you can't expect more than an ecto or two. purple dualmaxmods are more interesting and valueable, but even here more than few arms is unrealistic. but IF blue singlemods, then matching like your foc or min or max stat rolls on the mods are to be looked for.
