- Soul Reaping 5 staff mod alone is between 7-10e. The adept staff head adds another 1-2e value. For the os staff alone I would say around 10e because inherent mod fits attribute & has perfect stats = 18-22e for whole item
- The HCT spells 10% is the biggest flaw on this one (should be 20% for attribute spells). Max 10e for this wand & probably gonna be a hardsale
