I don't know what to do, really. There seems to be a price range from 5a to 50a - just got back after a 10+ years "break", so I'm a little lost.

It's a popular skin so put it up for auction with a minimum bid since you already have an estimated price range... Let it sit for a week or so and see how it goes...
Would remove the improved sale value inscription just in case it has a desired gold value for some collectors or rather fussy buyers like myself...
