PC OS storage clear, wanting to learn market

    Returning player, jumping gw3 hype train, after re-adjusting heroes to meta and dumping my money on nine rings I need to find money somewhere yada yada...
    Tried narrowing it down by checking other threads but I still have some clarifying questions hidden in the spoiler tags, apologies for the big dump, I'm trying to learn the market. Any help is appreciated

    a lot of Martial Weapons


    I've been told a lot of martial weapons have lost value due to Ministerial Commendation bots, so I've culled it down to mostly q9 stuff, main questions here are:
    Are the axes, the first 4 swords and the colossal pick skins special enough to offset their poor req and or inherents? FDS 1 also has 300gv.
    Is there any value in "naked golds" (is this a thing?)
    I vaguely remember PVPers wanting to hide energy with -5 inherent, do these hold value or is it merch?

    18 Staves

    I expect most of this to be hero fodder and merch, but just in case there's something here; three clarifying questions:
    Is there any interest in HCT10? I culled the basic skins but kept some mid-tier skins for this post.
    Am I correct in saying the 20/20s hold little to no value because of their basic skins and q10+ reqs?
    For mixed 20/20, I'm expecting to merch the Plagueborn too, so it's mostly just checking if any collector wants it.
    Spawn/Communing is hero fodder, correct? q10 basic skin, same prof combo looks nice but at the end of the day you'd probably just look for a 20/20 communing instead.

    Most of the clarifying questions above will already help me clean this up, the new one would be, is there any value/use in double zealous?
    There's also a 360 GV longbow in here

    Rest is fairly boring skins, just double checking before I merch

    7 Wands & Foci

    No specific questions here, maybe the wailing wand and zodiac scepter hold some value? the rest is merch check.

    14 (Scuffed) Shields

    With one or two exceptions I assume most of this is merch/hard sale because of the high reqs or unmaxed mods, but i'm nervous to do so without confirmation because of the crazy prices I've seen for some shields.
    The purple is just a collector check, I understand its unusable.

    My initial guess is merch the blues, besides the buckler. No idea about the gold icon.

    From the effort you put into creating the post, I guess you did quite a bit of research.

    Would just say go with your gut feelings and if you are thinking of thrashing the stuff then sell to any PMs you might receive.

    Otherwise, pick some of the better items and start a sell thread for minimum bids👍

    Yeah.. my bad. I wasn't expecting a price check on every individual item, hopefully it didn't give that impression. It's 2 characters full of stuff, I got a little carried away during all the hydration breaks at the world cup :)

    Maybe I should've just posted the questions on its own, and binned the pics. I'd love to get a general answer, not specific to my items, from you on those, specifically if there's any value in HCT 10, "naked" os items, and the basic martials.

    For shields i'm just completely lost, there's so many combinations.. when I initially played every single demon shield would sell, is that still the case?
    Are there any items that stand out to you?

    Since all your items are OS, there should be some demand or collectors interested in the items even if they are req 9 or higher, especially for the Zodiacs staves. As for the naked weapons as well as basic martial weapons, it would be difficult to find buyers unless there are collectors missing an item or are moving on to higher requirements after completing their req 8 collections.

    Where shields are concerned, demon shields are still popular but the market is saturated with not enough buyers due to game attrition, etc.

    Since I'm currently on the page, I'll go through your listings and give my personal opinion on the items:

    Req 9 Mammoth Axe ~ not one of my favourites in terms of skin but I would use on a hero or try to sell. Might be worth a few ectos

    Req 11 FDS 300gv ~ Rare to see a +5 energy FDS so it might be worth x to xx arms even if it is req 11, especially to a clean gv collector missing such an item

    Req 12 Plagueborn Sword ~ Nothing special. Would just self use or equip a hero

    Req 9 Crenellated Sword ~ Same as above

    Req 9 Falchion ~ Not the most sought after skin but +5 energy might fetch a few ectos.

    Req 9 Celestial Sword ~ Few ectos or self-use

    Req 12 Colossal Pick ~ Too bad it is high req but pretty rare skin, and it it 15^50 with high gv. Possibly worth an arm or two

    Req 9 Golden Maul ~ Don't see many of these, and it's a +5 energy so might get a few arms for this too

    Req 9 Aureate & Chromium Shard Daggers ~ I like the skins, but sure about others...^^ Few ectos

    As mentioned above, your staves are old school so even if they are 20/10, there's definitely some market value, especially for the Zodiac skin. Most would probably be worth a couple of arms, but a few might go to low xx, e.g. Divine.

    High reqs can be used on heroes or self use.

    Req 9 Plagueborn Scepter ~ A few ectos probably. While hexed isn't a popular mod

    Req 11 Cane ~ An arm or two, or self-use or equip a hero.

    Req 13 Gazing Scepter ~ Self use or a few ectos

    Req 12 Wailing Wand ~ Self use or a few ectos

    Req 10 Zodiac Wand ~ 1-5 arms. Maybe slightly more for the skin

    Req 9 Idol ~ 1-5 arms

    Req 10 Grim Cesta ~ A few ectos

    Most of the shields are high req but probably worth some ectos since they are dual modded. Of note would be the SSS and purple Plagueborn 8/16 which might fetch a few arms

    Low reqs are still highly sought after but skins are pretty common. Would still be worth some ectos to a few arms

    These are just personal opinions but hope it'll give you a fair enough idea on the current market. Wait for a second or third opinion if you are planning to sell.
