I’d like to amend TongTong ’s answer to not cause any confusion for the uninitiated: It can still drop, but that does not imply that an item should be merched in general. For instance, while max Q8 swords can still drop, most of them shouldn’t be merched. In this case, however, since the shield is blue rarity, isn’t inscribable nor prenerf, it’ll be pretty hard to sell.
