These are hard to sell unless you come across someone who needs that exact low lvl green item to complete their collection, but are too lazy to kill the extremely low lvl boss who drops it a few times.

This green isn't hard to get, the boss is right outside an outpost, and also some people farm him because lvl 12s are the only source of q3 gold items.

You might get an ecto or two, but probably a very hard time finding a buyer. I often give these 'baby greens' to low lvl players free.
