help me to recover my GW1 account

    hi, I used to play gw1 about 5 years ago, I have only Nightfall campaign.

    I am working far from home and I get one day a month to come home and use the internet, I've been thinking about coming back at work, so I thought I'll log in the old account. I installed Reforged client, but my user doesn't work, it says network error 3051. I mailed support, but they ask for order id and billing id or w/e, i don't have that since it's been 20 years and I bought it online. I sent them all the info that I had = username, character names, billing name and address, but they say that it's not enough.

    I tried on arena.net, used the 4 e-mails that I've been using in the last 20 years, but none worked when I tried to recover my password.

    what can I do? I don't wanna start again, I've played that account too much.

    Hey man, none of us are gonna be able to tell you anything that you don't already know in order to retrieve your account. All I can tell you to do is just that your first thing you do should be to try to figure out what email it is that the account was made under. A good way of doing that is by searching the words "Guild Wars" in the search bar of your email to see if you have any history with this game on that email. Then once you have that you can work with Anet to get it back. Good luck!

    while I was away working 3 of those e-mails got wiped, I still have access to them, but they were wiped clean.

    could there be an issue coz I only have Nightfall and Reforged contains campaigns which I don't own ?

    my account is f********@plaync. I kinda remember linking to arena.net , I dunno. Since it always worked in my gw1 client I did not care to change anything.

    I tried all 4 e-mails and I get "There was an unspecified error. Please try again." message on all 4.
