does anyone know the probability of getting a white q8 16 armor versus getting a gold q8 16 armor with mods? The let down is huge.
I also did not know q8 max could drop on hard mode? Anyway, thanks for helping me learn, any info is helpful!

HM and basically anywhere u can drop white and blue q8, for purple and gold u need certain level of foe
white is practically worthless and pretty common
